Connect Pirate to AI assistants

Last updated: October 2nd, 2026

Pirate connects to AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. Once it is connected, you can work with your Pirate workspace by asking in plain language, instead of clicking through screens.

#What you can do

  • Clients. Find, review, add, and update client records.
  • Trips. Search and browse trips, create new ones, add or remove travelers, track tasks, and archive or restore trips.
  • Itineraries. Create, view, and edit itineraries and their blocks, and attach them to a trip.
  • Quotes and bookings. Look up quotes, bookings, and booking documents, and refresh a trip's booking status.
  • Invoices. See what is sent, paid, or overdue, and open the full details of any invoice.
  • Email. Search mailboxes, read messages, and write drafts, including from your saved templates.

Email tools write drafts for you to review.

#Connect Pirate

You need a Pirate account. Use this server address when your assistant asks for one:

https://mcp.pirate.travel/mcp

  1. In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector. In ChatGPT, open Plugins and add Pirate. Enter the server address above when asked.
  2. Sign in with your Pirate account when prompted.
  3. Review the access Pirate asks for and approve it.
  4. Start a new conversation and ask for something from your workspace.

#What Pirate can access

You sign in with your own Pirate account and approve access when you connect. Access follows that account's permissions. Email tools use the mailboxes connected to your Pirate account.

To stop using Pirate, remove the connector in your assistant's settings.
